The service manager himself visits the producers and collects seasonal passionate ingredients from and around Oita prefecture.
The vessels are mainly used for Onta ware, which is designated as an important intangible cultural property in Hita City, Oita Prefecture.
We strive to create delicious dishes that make the most of the ingredients, and strive to be vital to the day, not the mischievous satisfaction of the moment.
